I had a rocky start with Les Mis. Now, I canβt imagine a time where I did not love the musical. I began with the movie. I had to give the movie a 2nd chance before forming a true opinion on the musical.
I am what you would call a Les Mis nerd. I watched the movie β¦. times (as in too many to count). Seen the stage show 5 times. I have researched the musical and book a lot. It took me less than three months to read the book- I actually used the musical to understand what was going on in the book. I am obsessed with Les Mis.
