A new month!!! Yippee! I love fresh starts and new beginnings, much like one of my favorite heroines, Anne of Green Gables! I also get it from my mom who loves the same thing! it is even more special that the first is on a Monday! The start of a week. I have so many things going on this month! Lots of special projects and other amazing happenings!

I loved this outfit! It was a quick throw together and I’ve worn it three times since! I usually tuck whatever shirt I wear with this skirt in with a belt, but found I could tie this melon colored tank up and it would be super cute! I just love this skirt because it is so flowy and swirly! It is a double circle skirt that I made a few years ago and it has been a staple in my wardrobe every summer. I paired it with simple flip flops and earrings for an effortless, but put together look. I am wearing my glasses because I had already taken my contacts out for the day.

Goals for the Month!

~ Every night when I go to bed before lights out I want to read a psalm or proverb, read a poem by Wordsworth, and write in my diary. I have been rather remiss in writing in my journal. The plan is every day, but lately I have been going to bed, looking at my journal, sighing because I don’t really have it in me. I plan to change that and get back in the habit this month!

~ I have a goal to continue blogging three times a week.

~ I want to start overhauling my novel. I had plans to release it at the end of the September, but life took over and that may not happen, but I really want to get buried deep in it.

~ I am working with a web designer on my blog and it is in for a complete overhaul! I can’t wait to see the finished product! I am working on some art components for it and they are turning out beautifully! I can’t wait to show you! My goal is that it will be finished by the end of the month!
